Magic & Balloons & Fun…Oh My!

Under the Bigtop 2017_1

There’ll be magic¬†and balloons and fun…oh my! For the first time, Toronto Workers Club brings you “Under the Bigtop“, another staff created event.

Themed around the circus and Children’s entertainment, we are pleased to welcome our Kids Comedy Magic Show, Balloon Twisting, Ring Master Face Painting, Live Music, Cotton Candy Drinks, Classic Carnival Food and much more.

Under the Bigtop 2017_2Children’s entertainment starts from 4pm in the Main Lounge with a specially designed Comedy Kids Magic Show. The stars of the show will then hang around after the show for some superb Balloon Twisting.

Moving into the Kids Area of Indulge, we’ve got our very talented Ring Master with Face Painting from 6pm. This all ties in with our Kids Eat Free promotion from 5.30pm.

All of our Children’s entertainment on the day is completely free. Member or non-member, you can bring the kids and join in for Free!

Live Music will commence from approx 8pm in the Main Lounge with Chad Shuttleworth Duo. Giving you some dance floor tracks to boogie to until Midnight. Want to join in the fun? Why not dress-up as well. Under the Bigtop 2017_3

The Toronto Workers team will be in their best circus attire. Animals, Ring Masters, Trapeze Artists, they’re going all out and we’d love to see your outfits too! Our Team does it for fun and to ensure you, as our customers, enjoy the day as much as we do.

Love the carnival food? All that delicious stuff you would enjoy at the circus and show? Well we’ve got it as well. Including a Cotton Candy Cocktail, Cotton Candy Mocktail and a Cotton Candy Shake. All available from 9am at the Main Bar and Cafe.

Under the Bigtop 2017_4Since it’s a Saturday, our big day will be even bigger running in conjunction with the Mega Super Saturday $20,000 promotion. So be sure to make your reservations at Indulge. Saturday night bookings are now essential and can be done by phoning 49592011.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Matt Falloon: Balloon Extraordinaire

He’s travelled the world doing what most of us cringe at, balloon twisting. That’s not all he does, add a little height and magic and you’ve got balloon magic shows, giant balloon sculptures and balloon decorations. While adding a mix of art, comedy, puppetry and magic he will add fun to any event.

Matt has been entertaining audiences for over a decade. Starting in Sydney he soon became an international super start. Some of his accolades include winning places in Missouri 2013, New York 2014 and his most renown reward of first place for a small sculpture in Las Vegas 2015.

Now Matt brings his talent to Toronto Workers Club. Saturday 26 March (Easter Saturday) from 6pm the kids can meet Matt in person, enjoy some balloon entertainment and check out his most recognised trick…getting inside a giant balloon!

Even better is that the kids eat free (under 12 years of age) on Saturday evenings from 5.30pm. So why not book a table for the family and witness some international balloon talent. This is a special appearance by Matt and we’re not sure when he’s going to sculpt his way back to The Workies.

You can find the Facebook Event Invitation here, so be sure to invite your friends and family and ring the Club to make your reservation.

But for now, I’ll leave this here. Just for a sneak peak… Matt Falloon on Channel Nine Mornings Show.

Happy Early Balloon Twisting Easter,
